Paweł Szafarczyk

Paweł Szafarczyk has taken up the position of clients relations director in the Design & Build team, part of the Colliers Define platform. He is to be responsible for long-term client relations and finding the best possible business solutions for them as well as the development of the Colliers Define platform. He has experience in commercial real estate and specialises in assessing client needs and formulating comprehensive solutions. He has worked on many projects and has advised international companies on both individual assets and entire portfolios. Prior to joining Colliers, Paweł worked for JLL where, as client solutions director, he advised on project management, ESG and technical due diligence. He has also been employed by Reesco and Forbis Group.
