Leszek Sybura

Leszek Sybura has been promoted to operations director and will be responsible for property management services in the office and industrial sectors. He is also to lead the technical and project management departments as well as a team advising clients on ESG matters. Leszek has been working in the Polish real estate sector for almost twenty years. Previously he was employed by JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Atrium European Real Estate and throughout his career he has been responsible for a combined 160,000 sqm of office space in developments that include Skylight Złote Tarasy and Warsaw Spire. Additionally he has also been responsible for 310,000 sqm in projects tha include Atrium Targówek, Promenada, Felicity and Focus Mall. Previously at MVGM he led a team of property managers and financial advisors responsible for an office portfolio of 500,000 sqm.
