Maciej Kandybowicz

Maciej Kandybowicz has joined the TriCity team as a leasing manager in the tenant representation department. He began his career 16 years ago in Hines where he led a sales team for apartments in the Quattro Towers project in Gdańsk before later moving on to the Neptun Office Centre in the same city. He has worked on the developer side with companies that include Comarch, Deloitte and Citibank. In 2016 Maciej joined the commericalisation team of Polish developer Torus and as the senior leasing manager, he was responsible for the commercialisation of the company’s flagship development, the Alchemia office complex. He was responsible for signing up both Wirtualna Polska and Dutch ship designer Damen as tenants. For the last four years, he has been employed by Vastint where he was responsible for the commercialisation of two office projects in Gdynia: K2 and the Gdynia Waterfront.
