Michał Marcinkowski

Michał Marcinkowski has been appointed personnel director responsible for waste management, maintenance, infrastructure modernisation, lighting and roads. His main responsibility will be supervising the personnel policies of all the companies belonging to Budimex subsidiary FBSerwis. Michał has over 20 years of professional experience in HR management having previously worked for companies that include PKN Orlen, Ruch, PGE ‎ and NCBR. He has experience in change management and personnel strategy in Polish business. For over 14 years he has been a mediator in collective disputes listed by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and also studied retail law in a postgraduate course at the Warsaw School of Economics.
