Dariusz Proniewicz

Dariusz Proniewicz has been appointed BTS project director and will take up his new position in January 2023. He is to be responsible for acquiring clients as well as for leasing warehouse and logistics space to them. He has 18 years of experience in developing warehouse and logistics projects in Poland and has worked for Prologis, Goodman (GLP) and Panattoni. Altogether he has leased out almost 900,000 sqm of warehouse space and been involved in the purchase of 300 ha of land. His previous clients include Action, Knorr-Bremse, Amazon, Intermarche, Weber, Unilever and Raben. Dariusz graduated from the Technical University of Kraków and completed a postgraduate course in real estate valuation from the Technical University of Warsaw. He also holds property management qualifications from Sheffield Hallam University.
