Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra

Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been named Global Governing Trustee at the Urban Land Institute, the highest position that a member may hold. Over the next four years, she is to represent the CEE members in issues related to the institute’s mission. Dorota has 25 years of professional experience in real estate, banking and finances. In 2018, she joined Colliers as the CEE head of the newly-formed corporate finance & living services department and in this role she advises clients on raising finance and capital and on living sector services as well as providing analysis and transaction consultancy with operational support as part of leasing management and sales. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a senior partner at Griffin Real Estate, responsible for the management and investments of the group. She also ran the first mezzanine fund in Poland. Prior to Griffin she spend ten years in the HypoVereinsbank/UniCredit group including in the group’s subsidiaries where she supervised banking investment and management for the real estate sector. Dorota graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics as well as from the University of Cologne in Duisburg-Essen in Germany.
