Thomas Jodar

Thomas Jodar has taken up the position of project leader in Poland and will be the main advisor to those looking for flexible office space. He is to work closely with Jarosław Pilch, who combines the position of tenant representation director at Savills with his position as CEO of Workthere. Thomas Jodar has over ten years experience of working in the technology and commercial real estate sectors. Before joining Workthere he held the position of development director at ShareSpace. He has also worked for WeWork as a sales director for the CEE region as well as in Colliers where he was a member of the tenant representation department. He has also helped numerous startups. So far in his career, he has been involved in transactions worth more than a combined EUR 15 mln and he was also involved in the largest flex space leasing contract in the CEE region.
