Véronique Bédague

Véronique Bédague, former Chief Executive Officer since 2021, has been appointed as Nexity’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as of 1 January 2023. Her candidacy was proposed by Nexity’s Chairman Alain Dinin. Nexity’s Board of Directors unanimously decided to combine the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.

In two years Véronique Bédague has demonstrated her ability to lead the company, as much as she has redesigned its future. The new unified governance around Véronique Bédague gives Nexity the simplicity in decision-making. Alain Dinin, a long-term shareholder and representative of the concerted action, will continue his commitment to the company as Honorary Chairman.
