Marcin Golly

Marcin Golly has taken up the position of Chief Investment Officer at 1 Asset Management as of 1 January 2023. His responsibilities will include the management of the IAM CEE Student Housing fund, and in particular the fund's investments in PBSA facilities in Poland.

Gally has spent the last 14 years working at NDI Development, where he was in charge of acquiring development projects. He is a graduate of the University of Gdansk, where he completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation, management and brokerage.
