Jarosław Zdzitowiecki

Jarosław Zdzitowiecki has taken up the position of associate partner/head of Tricity branch at Walter Herz. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing cooperation with clients in northern Poland and expanding the company's team in Pomerania. He will manage the development of advisory services provided to tenants, developers and owners of commercial space, as well as servicing investors in the region. Zdzitowiecki has been closely involved with consulting entities operating in the commercial real estate sector in Poland for the past seven years. The Tricity market is one of his key areas of specialisation. He has professional experience in the area of advisory services provided to tenants, as well as in servicing landlords, which he has gained by conducting commercialisation processes of office complexes in the region as an exclusive agent. During his career, he has also worked in the medical sector, building a private medical services company from scratch, and in the legal department of a major financial institution in Poland. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Law and Diplomacy in Gdynia and the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education.
