Michał Bryszewski

Michał Bryszewski, Head of Property & Asset Management, has joined Savills management board together with Emilia Arciszewska and Tomasz Król. The new appointees have joined the management board, which includes Tomasz Buras, CEO, James Sparrow, CEO, Savills UK and EMEA, and Kamil Kowa, Head of Corporate Finance & Valuation. The expansion of the management board will also see changes to the responsibilities of each board member. Michał Bryszewski, Head of Property & Asset Management, will also lead the building and project consultancy team.

Bryszewski joined Savills from JLL, where as the Head of Business Solutions he built an almost 160-strong team delivering integrated services across four business lines. His previous experience includes business advisory at PwC and investment banking at UniCredit. Michał also brings a wealth of international experience, gained during his five years in Vienna, and strong financial expertise – he is a CFA charterholder. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and is a many years’ mentor of the Top Woman in Real Estate program.
