Karolina Whilde

Karolina Whilde has been appointed Country Manager for Poland & Baltics at ISS. Previously responsible for one of ISS' global key accounts in the banking sector, she will fully take over her new role by 1st August 2023.

Whilde has been working in the facility management and commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years. She joined ISS in 2020 to lead a team of several hundred placemakers across many countries for a global banking client. During her tenure she developed a relationship with the client and transformed the service delivery on the account. She has experience having worked for brands such as Rolls Royce and Aramark across Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as guiding organizations through periods of strategic change and continuous improvement programmes.
