Dariusz Węglicki

Dariusz Węglicki has joined the Arcadis team in Poland, taking on the position of Senior Project Manager in the Property & Investments department. In his new position, he will be working with our global clients in Europe, America and Asia. Dariusz will provide transactional advisory services and strengthen the team on the financial analysis side of the impact of CapEx defined by Arcadis in due diligence projects (TDD, ESG, EDD, PMDD) on property value and return on investment.

Węglicki gained his experience of over 22 years working on the owners' and developers' side. He spent the last 15 years at IKEA Group, where he developed commercial real estate investments. In 2019-2022, he worked in the USA and Canada, responsible for the development of Ingka Centres projects in the IKEA Group.
