Daniel Rutkowski

Daniel Rutkowski has joined the Investment Advisory division of Walter Herz taking up the position of Development Manager. Daniel has been involved in the real estate market for eight years. He started his professional career at Kuryłowicz & Associates, then worked for Arcadis, Panattoni and Real Management. He was responsible for preparing analyses of the real estate market, drawing up technical due diligence reports and investment land analyses, as well as managing the processes of preparing warehouse investments. He studied Architecture and Construction at the Warsaw University of Technology and graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a specialisation in strategic business development.

At Walter Herz, Daniel Rutkowski will be responsible for searching for and acquiring investment projects, preparing analyses of investment potential and building the value of real estate. He will take care of the formal aspects of projects, including obtaining zoning permits and environmental decisions. He will take an active part in advisory processes for the company's clients.
