Monika Michałek has been appointed as PHH's Regional Operations Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for the southern region, including the Silesian agglomeration. She has been with PHH since 2018 and was, among other things, involved in the introduction of the first Moxy hotel in Poland - the Moxy Katowice Airport, which she has managed since its launch. She is also currently the director of the Zagroń Resort in Szczyrk.
Monika Michałek has been working in the hotel industry for 27 years. As a hotel director, she has managed Novotel, Ibis and Mercure brands in Silesia, working on their development and being responsible for, among others, rebranding and categorisation processes. She has also been a member of the Silesian Voivodeship categorisation committee for nearly a decade.
