Michał Porzycki has taken up the position of Director in the Tenant Representation Department of the consulting firm Walter Herz, where he is responsible for developing and building relationships with clients in the Warsaw office market and expanding the team of advisors. He will lead the work of the project team dealing with tenant services in Warsaw. He will also participate in the company's key projects, supporting the implementation of processes with his knowledge and experience.
Michał Porzycki has 12 years of experience on the commercial real estate market. He worked, among others, at Brochocki Law Firm, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Savills, CBRE and Cavatina. He has advised on transactions involving nearly 100,000 sqm of office space. Among the clients he has provided advisory support to are companies such as FitOne, MDDP and Jeronimo Martins.
He is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics and Information Technology in Warsaw, where he studied economics.
