Paweł Partyka

Paweł Partyka, an expert with 11 years of experience in the field of capital markets transactions and consultancy, has been promoted to Head of Capital Markets Poland. Partyka will lead a team of 13 people, with Marcin Kocerba as Deputy Head. The changes within the Polish capital markets department are part of a long-term succession plan and reflect the existing division of leadership responsibilities within the team.
Paweł Partyka has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. Over the course of his career, he has advised on a number of investment transactions worth more than EUR 5 bln. Partyka specialises in sales transactions and acquisitions of logistics and retail projects. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Tilburg University.
