Marcin Kocerba

Marcin Kocerba will hold the position of Deputy Head of Capital Markets Poland. The changes within the Polish Capital Markets department are part of a long-term succession plan and reflect the current distribution of leadership responsibilities within the team.
Marcin Kocerba joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 as an analyst in the office leasing department before moving to the capital markets team in 2014. Kocerba is responsible for providing investment advice in the purchase and sale processes of properties in the office and residential sectors. Over the past nine years, he has advised on transactions with a value of approx. EUR 4 bln. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
