Paweł Romańczuk

Paweł Romańczuk has taken up the position of Head of Operations at Heimstaden Poland. Przemyslaw Orchowicz, who has previously held the position, remains Country Manager in Poland and will continue to be responsible for the development of new markets, including the UK and Finland.

Paweł Romańczuk joined Heimstaden in 2021. He has several years of experience in the development, financing, implementation and management of projects in the residential market. In his new position, he will be responsible for the development of Heimstaden's operations in Poland, the introduction of further PRS investments, further team building and the continuous improvement of service quality. Paweł Romańczuk is a graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy, Faculty of Finance and Banking.
