Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson has joined Savills Poland as Head of Investment. He will be responsible for liaising with international investment funds in office, retail, industrial and warehouse asset sales and acquisitions. Prior to joining Savills, Mark was Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers in the Czech Republic. For 12 years he had also been a Director at Pradera Limited, where he was responsible for the CEE market based in London. During his career spanning over 20 years he has advised on more than EUR 2 billion worth of investment transactions, including properties located in Poland, such as Homepark Targowek, Homepark Janki and Homepark Franowo and the Mid-Point Office Building in Wroclaw.
