Bartłomiej Urbanek

Bartłomiej Urbanek, a senior project manager with many years of experience in engineering and design, has been promoted to head of Southern Region in the Project & Development Services Poland department at Cushman & Wakefield. In addition to the day-to-day coordination of the team's work, he will be responsible for the development of project strategy and interdepartmental cooperation. His task will also include further business development in regional cities.

Bartłomiej Urbanek is an engineer and gained his experience on large infrastructure and industrial projects, among others in Sweden. He has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2019. As a project manager, he worked on two large industrial projects, offices and premium developments in the Fabryczna Office Park complex in Kraków.
