Michał Pierzchalski

Michał Pierzchalski has been appointed as a senior ESG consultant with responsibility as part of ESG and sustainability services for WLC analyses, LCA, ESG reports and building energy efficiency advisory services. Michał is an experienced market theoretician and practitioner. In the past he designed energy efficient and sustainable buildings, engaging in scientific work and teaching. Pierzchalski is also a specialist in real estate carbon footprint and other negative environmental impacts of buildings and construction materials. During the course of his professional career he has participated in research projects funded by scientific grants and prepared papers on sustainability in construction. He has also co-authored ESG reports on environmental matters and strategies towards climate neutrality for several major joint-stock companies.
