Miloš Lužajić

Miloš Lužajić has been named partner at Cushman & Wakefield. He is a member of its International Cross Border Valuation & Advisory team which works together with the firm’s local valuers throughout EMEA, coordinating major instructions and providing a single point of contact for clients with cross-border valuation requirements.
Miloš joined the team in 2022 from CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield affiliate network, where he held the position of head of Valuation and Development Advisory for Serbia. He has over 10 years of experience in high-profile valuation instructions, feasibility studies and HBU analysis in SEE/CEE and more recently in EMEA markets.
Miloš Lužajić is responsible for the coordination of pan-European valuations of major portfolios for acquisition and disposal, as well as regular fund valuations and valuations for financial reporting. He is a member of RICS and CFA charter holder and holds a MSc Financial Management degree from Heriot-Watt University.
