Jolanta Jakóbczyk

Jolanta Jakóbczyk has been appointed as the new HR director at Erbud Group. She will be responsible for shaping the overall HR policy, improving the organizational culture and talent management in the construction group of almost 3,000 employees.

Jakóbczyk has over 20 years of experience in the HR field. She gained professional experience in companies such as EY, Deloitte, Artur Andersen, as well as PKO BP and Idea Bank. She has participated in many restructuring and transformation projects, such as corporate mergers, reorganizations, building team management strategies and new work models, and implementing internal regulations and HR systems. She graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, and completed an MBA at the University of Wales/Manchester Business School.
