Peter Falb

Peter Falb has been promoted to the position of country manager at the Austrian branch of MLP Group. His responsibilities will mainly include the development of the MLP Business Park Vienna project and the developer's subsequent investments in the country.

Peter Falb joined the MLP Group more than a year ago, having previously held the position of commercial director. During his career of more than 20 years, he has worked for numerous entities involved in the development, financing and management of warehouse, office and retail assets. For Eyemaxx Real Estate, he developed warehouse projects in Germany and Serbia and retail projects in the Czech Republic and Poland. He was also involved in asset management for CA Immobilien Anlagen, where he was responsible for the company's Hungarian and Polish portfolio. He holds a degree in Business Management from the Vienna University of Economics and has also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Valuation at Vienna University of Technology.
