Dmitriy Sveshnikov

Dmitriy Sveshnikov has been appointed director of the property management department. He will be responsible for strategic planning as well as for providing actual control and facility management support of the buildings in the company’s portfolio. He started his career in real estate twelve years ago as a receptionist in a class ‘A’ business centre. Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, Dmitriy worked for Skanska Olson and JSC Vorlex. He graduated from the Military Aviation Engineering Institute in Irkutsk in the technical operation of electrical equipment and flight-navigation complexes as well as from the Moscow State Academy of Municipal Engineering and Construction in heating and ventilation systems.
