Fabian Kowalewski

Fabian Kowalewski has been appointed leasing & development director / industrial market at Redkom Development, where he will be responsible for the further expansion of the company’s industrial and logistics business.

His responsibilities will include sourcing new projects and clients, leasing, and developing relationships with tenants and business partners. He will also support the growth of the company’s portfolio of BTS, warehouse, logistics and cross-dock projects.

Kowalewski has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, gained in Poland and abroad. His background covers leasing, business development and asset management, with a particular focus on the industrial and logistics sector. He has been responsible for leasing and development strategies, negotiations with tenants and business partners, and projects worth up to EUR 90 mln.

Throughout his career, he has worked with international companies from the logistics, FMCG, automotive and e-commerce sectors.
