Joanna Grabowska

Joanna Grabowska has been appointed to the position of leasing manager. She will be responsible for the company’s leasing strategy and the commercialisation of its projects, including developing relationships with retail brands and shaping tenant mixes across the portfolio.

Joanna has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her background includes negotiations with Polish and international brands, developing leasing strategies, building tenant mixes and assessing the potential of new locations.

Throughout her career, Joanna has worked on the commercialisation of retail parks, shopping centres and outlet centres, as well as supporting the expansion of a nationwide retail network. Her experience spans both the owner and property manager side and the tenant side of the market.

At Karuzela Holding, Joanna will focus on adapting leasing strategies to the individual characteristics and potential of each project, while responding to changing market expectations.
