Paulina Stach

Paulina Stach has been appointed business development director, effective September 2026. She will support business development across all service lines, strengthen relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

Paulina has extensive experience in commercial real estate and real estate technology. From 2024 to 2025, she served as director in the property and asset management retail team at Savills Poland.

She subsequently joined proptech company Singu as head of DACH, where she was responsible for business development and strengthening the company's position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She worked with property owners, asset managers and facility management teams on implementing technology solutions supporting real estate portfolio management.

In her new role, Paulina will work with the heads of all business lines in Poland, supporting key client relationships, bringing together expertise from different teams and identifying new business opportunities.
