Simon Carter

Simon Carter has joined P3 Logistic Parks and will take over as chief executive officer on September 17, 2026. He will lead the company’s operations and oversee the continued implementation of its long-term growth strategy across Europe.

Carter brings extensive experience in real estate, finance and corporate strategy. Before joining P3, he held senior management positions at British Land, Logicor and Quintain Estates & Development, including chief executive officer of British Land and chief financial officer of Logicor.

Earlier in his career, Carter worked at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before joining UBS, where he specialised in debt capital markets.

He has also served as chairman of the British Property Federation and as a board member of Real Estate Balance.

At P3, Carter will be responsible for maintaining the company’s focus on customers and operational performance, overseeing its development programme and driving the further growth of its logistics real estate portfolio.

He succeeds Frank Pörschke, who has served as CEO for almost six years and will support Carter and the wider management team during the transition.
