Piotr Wilewski

Piotr Wilewski has joined the Investment Advisory department at Walter Herz, taking up the position of land acquisition manager. He is responsible for acquiring land projects, preparing investment potential analyses and searching for ways to build the value of real estate. His responsibilities also include the formal preparation of new investments and the drafting of legal and technical documentation. He will take an active part in advisory processes for the company's clients.

Piotr Wilewski has been involved in the real estate market for ten years. He started his work at the nationwide agency Indepro Nieruchomości and then continued his career at Less Mess Storage and Panattoni Europe. He is an expert in the acquisition of land properties for the residential, service and warehouse sectors in Poland.
