Bartosz Chrostowski has has been appointed as associate director at Savills, joining the landlord representation team of the office agency led by Dawid Czarnecki. He is an expert with almost 10 years of experience in commercial property. Well-known for his interdisciplinary approach, Bartosz combines his market expertise with inhabitants’ needs to create places that fit in with the urban fabric of cities.
Bartosz is a real estate adviser and the founder of a boutique agency Hyland Commercial Property Warsaw. During his professional career he has advised on more than PLN 300 mln worth of transactions, contributing to the success of such concepts as Milk Bar and Sony Music Entertainment in Elektrownia Powiśle, the InFormalKitchen restaurant in Małachowski Square, and AB Micro in Platan Park II.
