Piotr Flugel

Piotr Flugel has been appointed as the managing director for Poland at CTP. He has been instrumental in spearheading numerous initiatives since he joined CTP Poland at the beginning of March 2022 as country construction director & COO.

Piotr and the CTP Poland team were responsible for the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland (and across CTP’s entire portfolio) in 2023, which was the lease agreement for approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group.
