Daniela Boytcheva

Daniela Boytcheva has been appointed as the Managing Director for Bulgaria at CTP. With almost two decades of experience in property consultancy specialising in the office and industrial & logistics sectors, Daniela joined CTP in 2022 as business development director and has since made a significant contribution to the expansion of the business in Bulgaria.

Daniela has leveraged her expertise across CTP’s network of CEE locations, notably spearheading a sizeable leasing deal in Sofia, securing a 40,000 sqm lease at CTPark Sofia West with Lidl Online Digital.
