Martin Baláž

Martin Baláž, previously senior vice president and country manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, has been appointed one of the four heads of Asset Management. In his newly created position, he will be responsible for Prologis' activities across Central Europe, as well as helping increase the value of Prologis' portfolio in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Martin Baláž has worked at Prologis for more than nine years. Prior to that, he developed his career at Cushman & Wakefield, among others.
