Michał Orłowski

Karimpol Polska has appointed Michał Orłowski as director - head of Leasing and Asset Management. The new director started carrying out his duties in April this year, replacing Jarosław Prawicki, who held the role for more than six years.

Michał Orłowski has over 18 years of experience on the Polish real estate market. His area of activity to date has included the lease management of over 50 office buildings and the finalisation of leases for over 200,000 sqm. He participated in the commercialisation of such Warsaw office buildings as Sezam, Atrium Tower and Mokotowska Square. Prior to joining Karimpol Group, he was the leasing director at Revetas, overseeing office projects in Kraków and Katowice. He has also previously worked at BBI Development, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas bank.

Michał Orłowski received a Master of Law degree from the University of Warsaw. He also earned a degree in American law from Levin College of Law in Florida and in British and European law from Cambridge University. He is a holder of the Chartered Commercial Investment Specialist (CCIM) title.
