Yareal

Marta Zawadzka has been promoted to the position of director of Leasing and Asset Management. In addition to leasing office space in the Lixa complex and retail space in the Soho by Yareal residential project, she will also be responsible for asset management of commercial projects.

Marta Zawadzka has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry on the Polish and European markets. She joined Yareal in February 2021 as a lease director responsible for the implementation of the lease strategy of the company's office projects. She gained professional experience in companies such as Avestus Real Estate, Neinver, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, TriGranit and GTC.

Marta Zawadzka is a graduate of several master's and postgraduate courses at the University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University, as well as at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Warsaw School of Economics and Harvard Business School. She is also a certified mentor and a member of EMCC.
