Magdalena Ruta

Magdalena Ruta has been appointed as head of Asset Management at Golden Star Estate. She is responsible for comprehensive management of real estate assets with a total area of more than 125,000 sqm within the Golden Star Group Central and Eastern Europe portfolio. Her tasks also include coordinating activities in commercialisation and transactions, as well as leading a team of asset and leasing managers. Magdalena has got 19 years of professional experience in Polish and international enterprises active in investment, consulting and development. During her career, she has been accountable for portfolio management in various types of real estate, especially office assets. She has also participated in numerous real estate sale and purchase transactions, as well as coordinated leasing of particular assets. Before joining Golden Star Estate, she has occupied managerial positions in companies such as Macquarie Group, GLL Real Estate Partners, Waryński Grupa Holdingowa and DTZ.
