Verka Petkova-Shekerova

Verka Petkova-Shekerova has been appointed as country head for the Bulgarian market within its Southeast Europe office. Verka Petkova-Shekerova succeeds Sladjana Popović, who will continue to lead ESG & Sustainability services department for the SEE region.

Verka Petkova-Shekerova brings extensive real estate and management skills as a leading real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience. She joins CBRE from Colliers International Bulgaria, where she was partner and business director development for 19 years. Verka Petkova-Shekerova holds a degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and an MBA with a specialisation in General Management from the City University of Seattle. She is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
