Karol Wyka

Karol Wyka will take up the position of Executive Board Director, Head of Office Department, with effect from September 2024. His key responsibilities will include the leadership of the office team and preparation of the company's development strategies in the office sector.
Karol Wyka has 14 years of experience on the office real estate market. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, he was leasing director and board member at HB Reavis Poland. He was responsible for coordinating the work of the leasing, PR and marketing, property management, space planning, work environment design consultancy and fit-out departments. He was also responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of office properties. During his career to date, he has participated in the commercialisation of 13 buildings with a total area of 477,000 sqm.
Karol Wyka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a scholarship holder at Otago University in New Zealand.
