Krzysztof Czekalski

Krzysztof Czekalski has been promoted to the position of international development director at Panattoni. His new role will be based out of Bangalore, India, and his main responsibilities will include maintaining close co-operation between Panattoni India and the company's management team to ensure the support and resources necessary for the expansion of the Indian branch. Krzysztof will be involved in the identification and implementation of build-to-suit and speculative projects, with a particular focus on large facilities, new locations and urban logistics. In addition, he will support the development team in expanding the network of land and asset owners, investors and tenants. He will also be responsible for coordinating the entire investment process with the relevant teams at all stages of the development process - from land acquisition, pre-development, commercialisation and realisation to handover of projects.

Czekalski has been with Panattoni since 2010, where he most recently held the position of BTS development director. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market, which he gained at Cresa, Segro and Kajima, among others. He is a graduate of the Warsaw Technical University.
