Karina Szafrańska

Karina Szafrańska has been appointed as the head of Valuations at Savills. In this role, she will oversee the development of the department that offers comprehensive advisory services in real estate valuations across all market sectors. With 19 years of experience in property valuation in both the Polish market and the CEE region, Karina's expertise spans commercial properties, hotels, residential properties including PRS, student housing, and development land. She has been continuously associated with Savills since 2006.

In recent years, Karina has worked with developers and financial institutions in Poland. Her experience includes advisory services in the real estate market in Poland and the CEE region, such as property portfolio valuations for financial reporting, valuations for banks, transaction and arbitration purposes, and NOI audits.

Karina Szafrańska is a graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a certified property valuer. She has also completed postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University. Since 2011, she has been a member of RICS.
