Jacek Tucharz has been appointed to the supervisory board. He graduated in foreign trade from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed a postgraduate course in marketing policy. He holds a stockbroker licence. In 1993 he started working in the Powszechny Bank Kredytowy brokerage. From 1996 to 1999 he worked for the XI national investment fund and later went on to become the investment director at Trinity Management and PZU NFI Management. In 2005 he was appointed financial vice-president of Zelmot and in 2006 he became the financial director at Hygienika. Since 2006 he has been running his own company. He is currently a supervisory board member at Pelion and Rovese, where he represents financial investors.
