Dorota Kościelniak

Dorota Kościelniak has joined Savills Poland to take up the position of regional director in the office leasing department. She will manage the Wrocław office, where she will be responsible for business development and strengthening the firm's position in the region.
Dorota Kościelniak has been supporting clients in finding, selecting and leasing optimal office space for over two decades. Using her excellent knowledge of Wrocław market trends, she provides strategic advice to both tenants and landlords, including investment funds in the commercialisation and re-commercialisation of buildings.
Prior to joining Savills Poland, Dorota Kościelniak headed Colliers' regional office in Wrocław for seven years. Prior to that, she held the position of partner and director at Knight Frank from 2002 to 2017. She has worked for many renowned Polish and foreign developers, investment funds and tenants from various industries. Her portfolio also includes transactions with due diligence processes.
Dorota Kościelniak is a graduate of the Wrocław Agricultural University and the Wrocław University of Technology and is a licensed real estate agent and manager.
