Karol Wyka

Karol Wyka, who has 14 years of commercial real estate experience, joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Poland as Executive Board Director, Head of Office Department. He is responsible for the leadership of the office team and the development of the firm’s growth strategy in the office sector.

Karol joined Newmark from HB Reavis Poland, where he was country leasing director and management board member. His key responsibilities included coordination of the work of several teams including leasing, PR and marketing, property management, space planning, workplace advisory and office fit-out. He was also responsible for the commercialisation of the property portfolio of HB Reavis Poland. Karol is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Otago, New Zealand.
