Joanna Choromańska

Joanna Choromańska has joined CBRE's industrial team.
Joanna Choromańska has extensive experience in warehouse and production lease transactions, industrial building sales transactions and in advising on BTS and BTO investments, which she gained, among others, at JLL, where she was responsible for the development of services in the area of BTS investments and industrial land sales strategy. She participated in transactions and advised clients such as BMW, Ontex, Zalando, DHL, Whirlpool and GSK. At CBRE, her main responsibilities will include researching and providing comprehensive solutions to clients planning to develop industrial and manufacturing facilities.
