Chris Gill

Kajima Europe has appointed Chris Gill as managing director of its Partnerships business. This is part of a broader succession strategy to reinforce the company’s board.

Chris brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management specialising in infrastructure and energy. He will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Kajima Partnership’s business across its core sectors of renewables, regeneration and social infrastructure, which includes the company’s public-sector focussed software business, Kajima Community. Chris will also oversee Kajima Partnerships’ investments and operations in Ireland, where Kajima Partnerships continues to strengthen its commitment to the market by financing and developing new housing projects. He will also continue in his role as head of Renewables at Kajima Europe, where he has been involved in launching and expanding Kajima’s renewables business across the UK and Europe.
