Katarzyna Unold

Katarzyna Unold has stepped up to head the board of TDJ Estate. In her new role, she plans to accelerate the organisation's growth, supporting its nationwide expansion while cultivating values such as environmental responsibility and innovation.

Katarzyna has over 20 years of experience in the property development industry. For the past six years, she held the position of managing director at Acciona Real Estate. She was responsible for the development of the company, increasing the volume of residential investments and reorganising the company structures in the Polish branch. Katarzyna has also worked at development start-up Nacarat Poland, Skanska Property Poland and ECE Projektmanagement, among others. She is a graduate in architecture from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.

The previous CEO of TDJ Estate - Maciej Wójcik - resigned after 13 years. After stepping down, he will remain within the organisation in the role of advisor to the board.
