Joanna Karwowska

Panattoni is making changes to the structure of its Capital Markets Poland department - the new positions are occupied by Damian Stężycki, Joanna Karwowska and Michał Stanisławski. Joanna Karwowska, who previously held the position of director of Capital Markets Poland, takes over as co-head of Capital Markets Poland. She will be responsible for structuring projects with investors and overseeing transactions and ongoing projects.

Joanna Karwowska has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and has been with Panattoni since 2017. She specialises in joint-venture, forward funding and sales transactions. She has played an important role in transactions involving complex investment structures, including being responsible for transactions related to the largest projects in Panattoni's portfolio. She holds a law degree from the University of Warwick and Saarland University.
