Michał Stanisławski

Panattoni is making changes to the structure of its Capital Markets Poland department - Damian Stężycki, Joanna Karwowska and Michał Stanisławski are taking up new positions. Michał Stanisławski, previously head of Asset Dispositions Poland, takes up the position of co-head of Capital Markets Poland. In his new role, he will be the main contact for investors interested in working with Panattoni and will be responsible for all sales processes of completed facilities in Poland. His priorities remain maintaining close relations with investors and cooperating with the developer's foreign branches on capital markets.
Michał Stanisławski has been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Within Panattoni's structures, he has so far carried out around 50 transactions with a total volume of around EUR 2 bln. Previously worked for 11 years at CBRE. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in real estate and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Reading in real estate valuation.
